SOZO is the Greek word translated “saved, healed, and delivered”.
Salvation: “If you confess with your mouth Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved (sozo). Romans 10:9
Healing: “But Jesus turning and seeing her said, “daughter, take courage, your faith has made you well (sozo), and at once the woman was made well (sozo)”. Matthew 9:22
Deliverance: “And those who had seen it reported to them how the man who was demon possessed had been made well (sozo).” Luke 8:36
Sozo ministry is a unique inner healing and deliverance ministry in which the main aim is to get to the root of those things hindering your personal connection with the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. There are several tools that the Sozo team uses: Father Ladder, Presenting Jesus, Four Doors, and The Wall. By using these tools and following Holy Spirit, wounds are healed, strongholds broken, truth revealed, and “doors” closed.
A Sozo may last for 2-4 hours and is conducted by two team members. Expect a life change as our team lovingly brings healing, freedom, and wholeness to strengthen the “inner man”!
History of Sozo:
In 1997, Bethel’s prayer servants, www.iBethel.org, were taught Carlos Anacondia’s basic model of freedom prayers for deliverance. Bethel’s leadership saw the fruit of this prayer and the Sozo Ministry was birthed. The team has grown over the years and has gained experience using other inner healing and deliverance ministry tools, integrating them to develop what they now know as Sozo. Our Father’s House,www.ofhsb.org, in Satellite Beach, FL traveled to Redding, CA to receive training in this ministry and has brought Sozo to Florida.
ODHOP’s Sozo team is lead by Rebekah Flagg and partnering with her is Kari Bornemann. Rebekah received her training through conferences and classes conducted at Grace Center, Franklin, TN and Belmont Church, Nashville, TN and completed her internship through Our Father’s House in Satellite Beach, FL. Kari completed her classes and internship through Our Father’s House.
Message from Rebekah:
My hearts desire is to see the body of Christ walking in complete wholeness “in HIM” and flooded with the “heart” knowledge of Father God’s love for them. Papa God, as we like to call Him, loves you with an everlasting love, nothing that happens in your life can ever change that!
FREEDOM is YOURS for the taking…..
Isaiah 61:1-3
